<p>A drug composition characterized by comprising 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof and a lecithin and containing a saccharide according to need. The composition is applicable to a liquid drug and is useful for the inhibition of a rejection reaction in organ transplantation or bone marrow transplantation, the retention of the inhibition in immunotherapy, or the treatment of autoimmune diseases.</p> |
