A method for genetic transformation of plant cells, according to which the transformed plant cell is obtained by means of introduction of DNA fragment into stomatal plant cells, containing selective marker, which do not have antibiotic resistance, and further treatment of transformed plant cell is realized by selective agent and subsequent regeneration of the intact plant from the transformed plant cell is realized. At that the stomatal plant cells are used, located in epidermis of mature part of plant leave. |
