PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for ink carrying control capable of giving a carrying order automatically to an ink carrying device by registering an ink carrying order data in advance. SOLUTION: When a planned data is received from a planning system 20, a calculating means 11 has the planned data memorized in a memorizing means 12. Then the calculating means 11 prepares an ink carrying order data to indicate how many times of ink carrying is needed for printing each name on the basis of the planned data memorized in the memorizing means 12. After the preparation, the calculating means 11 confirms if a change notice has arrived from the planning system 20 or not, and if the change notice has arrived, the ink carrying order data is prepared again. If the change notice has not arrived, the calculating means 11 confirms for a physical distribution management system 30 if the ink carrying device is in carrying or not, and only in the case that it is not in carrying, the ink carrying order data is transmitted to the physical distribution management system 30. |
