PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a growth adjuvant for field crops, causing no elution of growth adjuvant agent such as an agrochemicals, fertilizer, or the like, even in raining and capable of sustainedly releasing the agent into culture soil for a long a long term in proper quantity. SOLUTION: This growth adjuvant for crops is such one as to assist crop growth by burying into the culture soil for crops, and obtained by sustainedly releasably supporting a growth adjuvant agent 2 required for sound growth of crops, such as agrochemicals or fertilizer, on at least the surface of a support 1 comprising a biodegradable resin.
