PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardboard box made of, as its major material, paper without using plastics, superior in productivity, and capable of suitably packaging an operation manual in it. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a cardboard box (1) provided with a set of French window-type inner flaps (21) used as inner lids while being bent inside. There is provided a cardboard box in which pressing flaps (25) capable of being folded inside substantially in parallel with a bending direction of the inner flaps (21), having the inside bent segments abutted against an item (5) to be packaged, and acting as pressing members are extended at the extremity and segments (211) of the inner flaps (21).
