PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom dryer having a reduced projection length to an room side while preventing the residence of foreign matters including dust in a flow path. SOLUTION: The bathroom dryer 1 comprises a ventilation passage 3 formed passing through a wall portion of a bathroom 2, a heat source 4 installed outside the room for heating heat medium, a heat radiating unit 5 arranged in the bathroom 2 for heating air in the bathroom 2 with the heat medium, and a ventilation unit 6 provided outside the room for forcibly ventilating air in the bathroom 2 through the ventilation passages 3, 3a, 3b. The outer peripheral edge of a casing 13 of the heat radiating unit 5 is fixed to the wall face with no space while covering the periphery of the ventilation passages 3, 3a, 3b. In the casing 13 of the heat radiating unit 5, an exhaust passage 23 is formed passing therethrough in communication with the ventilation passages 3, 3a, 3b. Part of a suction filter 28 for air in the bathroom 2 provided in the heat radiating unit 5 is arranged in the exhaust passage 23. Thus, no space exists between the wall face and the heat radiating unit 5 to avoid the projection of the heat radiating unit 5 to the inside of the bathroom 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
