PURPOSE: An auxiliary heating apparatus for a vehicle is provided to extend the life span by increasing the indoor temperature of the vehicle room before heating the engine in the winter with a PTC(positive temperature coefficient thermistor), and to exchange heat efficiently by enlarging the radiating area. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary heating apparatus of a vehicle comprises a heating unit(110) having an aluminum front panel, a PTC contacted to the front panel, a first electrode plate contacted to the PTC, a frame having a containing groove for storing the first electrode plate, the front panel and the PTC and an insulation plate inserted between the first electrode plate and the frame, plural radiating plates(120) having insertion holes for inserting the heating unit, a second electrode plate(130) fixed to the lower part of the radiating plate, and a base(140) having electrode insertion grooves(141) corresponding to the first electrode plate of the heating unit and the second electrode plate.
