<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring control system enabling to know how much cost is required, how much environmental load is generated and how much primary energy is consumed when the power is supplied from a plurality of power generation sources and the power is consumed. <P>SOLUTION: The remote monitoring control system includes a vehicle 10, a facility 20 having a garage for allowing the vehicle 10 to enter and leave, and a remote monitoring control center 40 provided at a remote place from the facility 20. The remote monitoring control center 40 creates optimum operation plans for a vehicle side charging discharging section 14b, a cogeneration device 23, a natural energy power generator 29 and a commercial power system 22. The remote monitoring control center 40 transmits a control command to the cogeneration device 23 to the facility 20, and transmits a discharging control command of the vehicle side charging discharging section 14b to the facility 20 and a charging control command of the vehicle side charging discharging section 14b to the facility 20, to the vehicle 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
