The proposed method for estimating lipid disorders in patients with X metabolic syndrome implies determining the content of fatty acids in phospholipids of the patient's blood erythrocytes. The method is distinctive by determining the total content of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids by liquid chromatography and determining the relationship between the contents of the said acids.
