The method for preventing the secondary disorders of the right kidney upon the radical left-side nephrectomy and thrombectomy in vena cava due to renal cellular cancer with invasion to vena cava comprises the outflow of the venous blood from the right renal vein and the hypothermia with the photomodified NaCl solution with the addition of Flaraxin as interferonogenous and antioxidant substance.
