PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump with high durability capable of suppressing the evaporation of a liquid, and a liquid jet device at low cost. SOLUTION: This tube pump comprises a discharge tube 27 made of a flexible material, a case housing the intermediate section of the discharge tube 27 along its inner periphery, and a roller for sequentially pressing the intermediate section of the discharge tube 27 from the upstream side to the downstream side. The discharge tube 27 is constituted of a plurality of layers including a first layer 40 made a silicone rubber and a second layer 41 made of a silicone modified copolymer elastomer.
