PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degree of freedom of an installation place, by reducing the size and weight of a body part. SOLUTION: This fluid pump device has the body part 28 having a suction port 12, a delivery port 14 and an exhaust port 16, a scroll type compression part 24 compressing and pumping fluid sucked from the suction port 12 to the delivery port 14, and a fan part 38 blowing cooling air by rotating under the driving action of a rotational driving part 36. A duct 20 extending along an outer wall of the body part 28, is arranged in the fan part 38. A heating part of the scroll type compression part 24 is cooled by the cooling air flowing in the duct 20.
