摘要 A shock absorbing structure of a rake tile steering column for a vehicle is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to improve rigidity by overlapping a hole of a tare strap with a hole of a lower bracket and then bolting the product on the vehicle. A shock absorbing structure of a rake tilt steering column for a vehicle comprises an integral jacket(10), an inner bracket(20), a lower bracket(30), a hinge point(50), and a tare strap. The hollow integral jacket is shaped as a cylinder. The inner bracket is welded to one end of the jacket, and has a predetermined length slot at one surface. The lower bracket is formed at an outer part of the jacket and the inner bracket, and has a hole at predetermined part thereof to be connected with the slot. The hinge point has a rake bolt(51) which is formed at the hole of the lower bracket. The tare strap is formed with the same size of the hole of the lower bracket, and has a tare strap hole and a curling unit. The tare strap hole is formed at one and the other side of the tare strap to a shaft direction. The curling unit is protruded with Gamma shape. The tare strap hole is concentrically formed with the hole of the lower bracket. The bent curling unit of the tare strap is fixed to the vehicle by the rake bolt.
