A method for displaying a guidance screen of a traveling route in a combination device is provided to precisely guide the traveling of vehicles along a searched traveling route by servicing the guidance screen of the travel route and guidance voice signals. A controller searches a traveling route from a departure to a destination(S404). The current position of traveling vehicles is determined and the determined current position is matched on a map(S412). A travel guidance screen is displayed in a display unit(S418). It is determined whether or not the traveling route of the vehicles is guided at a guidance area ahead of the traveling route in the current position(S420). When the traveling route of the vehicles is guided, the guidance screen of the traveling route is displayed in the display unit. A guidance voice generator guides the traveling of the vehicle by generating guidance voice signals based on distance to the guidance area(S422).
