PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of heat transfer promoting effect by cutting and raising pieces and drainage performance in a fin tube-type heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This fin tube type heat exchanger 1b comprises a heat transfer fin 5 and a plurality of heat transfer tubes 3. The heat transfer fin is disposed in the airflow. The plurality of heat transfer tubes are inserted to the heat transfer fin, and disposed approximately orthogonally to the airflow. The heat transfer fin is provided with a plurality of first cut and raised pieces 51a, 51b at a lower side of the heat transfer tubes and a plurality of second cut and raised pieces 51d-51f at an upper side of the heat transfer tubes. A first straight line L1 connecting the plurality of first cut and raised pieces and a second straight line L2 connecting the plurality of second cut and raised pieces are inclined to the airflow flowing direction to guide the airflow to a back side in the flowing direction of the airflow of the heat transfer tubes. The plurality of first cut and raised pieces are formed on positions excluding prescribed positions among a plurality of positions symmetric to the plurality of second cut and raised pieces to a horizontal face A passing through a central axes of the heat transfer tubes.
