PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a virtual account related to a payment account per plural check cards and a recording medium therefor are provided to connect check cards with one payment account using a virtual account, thereby effectively managing the check cards through the virtual account. CONSTITUTION: If a user interface for managing a virtual account is requested(400), a server generates a user interface for transmitting check card issuing application information(405). The generated user interface is transmitted to a terminal(410). The terminal inputs the check card issuing application information(415). The terminal transmits the inputted check card issuing application information to the server through a financial network(425).
