PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL color display device capable of differentiating colors of light emitted from light-emitting elements, in spite of similar lamination structures of the plurality of elements. SOLUTION: The organic EL color display device 100 is provided with a plurality of light-emitting elements 10, 20, 30 with different emission light colors. Each light-emitting element is provided with an anode 51, a cathode 52, and a light-emitting layer arranged between the anode and the cathode. The light-emitting layer is equipped with light-emitting small layers 41, 42, 43 of different emission colors. At a green-color display light-emitting element 20 and a blue-color display light-emitting element 30, an intermediate layer 57 having a hole transport property as well as an electron blocking property is arranged between the red-color light-emitting small layer 41 and the green-color light-emitting small layer 42, and, at the red-color display light-emitting element 10, no intermediate layers 57 are arranged.
