PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an inclination of an optical axis accompanied by the driving of an objective lens in a focus direction. SOLUTION: The objective lens driving device is provided with a base facing the signal recording surface of an optical disk, first and second magnets arranged on the base facing the signal recording surface away from each other at a predetermined distance, a holding member disposed on the base to hold the objective lens, an elastic wire extending roughly in parallel to the base so as to move the holding member in the focus direction of the optical disk and supporting the holding member with one end of the side of the first magnet not facing the second magnet as a supporting point, and a focus coil surrounding the first magnet with the focus direction as an axis so as to move the holding member in the focus direction.
