PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for online identification and authentication that dynamically identify and authenticate a user who is an acquaintance.SOLUTION: A plurality of users issue certificates representing relation based on a common authentication communication reason to each other 5010, 5020. Each of the users generates a personal identification contact expression 5030. A first user reads out the identification contact expression of a second user, and identifies the user 5040. The first user determines that he/she shares the common authentication communication reason with the second user 5050.
