PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural energy power generation system that comprises, in the main, a renewable energy power generator and control means including a storage battery etc. and mitigates a steep output variation.SOLUTION: A natural energy power generation system comprises: renewable energy power generation means; power storage means to which output of the power generation means is supplied and which is to be charged; and control means for controlling output of the power storage means to perform output to a power system. The control means has at least: storage means SOC-dependent control that generates an output control signal by modifying restriction output by using a SOC of the power storage means and controls, on the basis of the output control signal, output from the storage means; and risk factor-based control that modifies the restriction output by using a risk factor showing a system operation risk when a capacity shortage of the power storage means has occurred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
