PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire relay plug which makes one structure available as male and female connection bodies, of which the structure is simplified and the manufacture is facilitated and which can be mass-produced at low cost and surely electrified, and a wire relay connector formed from two housings in which the plugs are interpolated and disposed.SOLUTION: A contact part 4 of two plugs 1 is formed in a virtual U shape formed from an intermediate wall 41 and first and second walls 42 and 43 protruding from both ends of the intermediate wall from an intermediate part of the plugs 1 in a length direction to a distal end side 3. Between both the walls, the wall 42 includes: a bent part 45 of which the distal end side is separated from the intermediate wall 41 with an appropriate part that is fixed to the intermediate wall 41, as a branch starting point 44 and the separated wall portion is U-shaped or V-shaped; and an extension wall 46 that extends closer to the other wall 43. The other wall 43 includes a protruding wall 47 that protrudes from the appropriate part that is fixed to the intermediate wall 41, towards the distal end. The two plugs 1 are inverted vertically and horizontally and the extension walls 46 are made opposite brought into contact with each other, thereby performing the electrical connection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
