The present invention refers to a self supporting isobaric structure for electrolyte aeration in cells for electrolytic refining or winning of non ferrous metals, formed by pipes that follow the contour of the side walls near the bottom of said cell, forming a structure in the shape of rectangular frame that carries gas or dry air, having in its interior transverse structural elements that structurally connect the longer sides of the frame and, in which the shorter sides of said frame have connecting tubular elements installed to join from side to side as means of or gas diffusion, said diffusers are supported by said transversal elements, in which the material forming the rectangular frame are a structural profile or thermoplastic tube (5) has a core and having on its external surfaces one or more successively wrapped layers of mat glass (9) saturated with thermosetting resin, in which said layer of fiber glass remains firmly bonded to the external surfaces of set thermoplastic tubular structural profile (5), and over such layers of fiber glass (9) a thermosetting polymer composite material (6) is applied, which together form a monolithic structural resistant composite made of three polymer composite materials that act as monoblock structure. Over said surface of said thermosetting polymer composite material (6) there are optionally one or more successive wrapped layers of fiber glass mat (10) saturated with thermosetting resign reinforcing the monoblock structure. |
