<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit of a vehicle capable of suppressing the increase of dimensions in an axial direction. <P>SOLUTION: In the drive unit 2, a first motor generator 4, a power distributing mechanism 5, a transmission mechanism 10, and a second motor generator 9 are coaxially disposed. A first supporting wall 25 adjacent to the second motor generator 9 to support one end of a rotor 21, and a second supporting wall 26 supporting the other end of the rotor 21 are provided in a case 17.
