Disclosed are a stabilizer composition and a preparation method therefor, and a molded composition composed of same. The stabilizer composition contains: (A) at least one carbodiimide/polycarbodiimide selected from the carbodiimide/polycarbodiimide having a structure as shown in formula (I); and (B) at least one co-stabilizer selected from the co-stabilizers having a structure as shown in formulae (II)-(VI). The stabilizer composition prepared in the present invention as a hydrolytic resistance agent is added to a polymer, such as a polyamide, polyurethane, polyester and the like, containing an amide group or an ester-based structure, and can prevent the polymer from hydrolytic degradation and aging, and effectively improves the hydrolytic resistance performance. Compared with existing single-component carbodiimide commodities, the hydrolytic resistance agent composition makes the hydrolytic resistance of a polymer system be more excellent; and in the preparation process thereof, other types of isocyanates can be actively added to the raw material isocyanate in the carbodiimide synthesis process and can also be directly added to the carbodiimide hydrolytic resistance agent, and the production and subsequent processing technologies thereof are simplified, and the preparation cost is lowered.
