<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a training method and system of the kinetic vision and reaction useful for children, adults, and the aged to improve the exercise capacity by improving the game properties and requesting responses accompanying the kinetic motion; a program for executing the method and system; and a recording medium to store the program. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a computer 10 which includes an input/output means, an arithmetic operating means, and a recording means, and operates prescribed software; a display 20 for displaying a training video; and a response inputting means 30. The system also includes: a display means for displaying, on the display 20, a map image, a movable body image moving on the map according to the input of responses, and a guiding mark image indicating the correct direction of movement of the movable body, associating them; a response receiving means; a response time measuring means for measuring the time from the display of the guiding mark image to the response; a response true-false determining means; and a level setting means for setting the difficulty level of the training according to the evaluation of result or the initial setting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
