PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a stator structure of a conventional mold motor in which, when a core back part is molded with a resin at a first mold step, molding shrinkage and variations in thickness after molding prevent stator circularity from being secured, and to obtain a stator structure of a mold motor ensuring the stator circularity and improving a resin filling property between wires, insulation reliability, and heat dissipation even when a division coil unit is molded at the first mold step.SOLUTION: A stator of a motor is formed by molding a division coil with a resin 4, and integrally forming a resin molding flange 6 having irregularity along an outer face of the division coil composed of the resin 4, and assembling the resin molding flanges 6. |
