PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency when maintaining a liquefied carbon dioxide supply pump in a supercritical fluid chromatograph.SOLUTION: A liquefied carbon dioxide supply pump comprises: a pump head which has a pump room for sending liquefied carbon dioxide and a coolant passage in addition to a passage passing through the pump room; a coolant circulation passage which includes the coolant passage; and a coolant pump which is installed in the coolant circulation passage and circulates a coolant in the coolant circulation passage. A cooling section configured to cool the coolant flowing through the coolant circulation passage is arranged on the circulation passage at a position away from the pump head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
