PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing stem cell solution.SOLUTION: The method comprises: (1) a step of storing a mixture of a blood sample and a divalent cation chelating agent at a temperature between 2 and 12°C for a period of from 3 hours to 72 hours so as to separate the mixture into two or more separate layers, that is, the mixture forming two or more separate layers, wherein a liquid in one of the separate layers contains, for example, platelets and stem cells; (2) a step of collecting or obtaining the liquid from the mixture; (3) a centrifugation step of centrifuging a plurality of granules contained in the liquid, which contain the platelets and the stem cells as described above, to deposit them on the bottom of a container; and (4) a step of again suspending the granules in a buffer solution or other suitable liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
