The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for transmitting or receiving uplink control information in a wireless communication system supporting carrier aggregation. The present specification discloses a terminal comprising: a processor which determines whether simultaneous transmission of a PUSCH and a PUCCH has been configured and, when failing to occupy a channel of a first serving cell within an unlicensed-band (UB) in a current sub-frame, prepares A-CSI report transmission through another time resource of the first serving cell or a frequency resource different from that of the first serving cell; an RF unit which receives an uplink grant scheduling the PUSCH and requesting for the A-CSI report, transmits the A-CSI and an HARQ ACK/NACK signal together on the PUSCH or divisionally on the PUSCH and the PUCCH, on the basis of whether the simultaneous transmission of the PUSCH and the PUCCH has been configured; and a memory which is connected to the processor and stores information for driving the processor.
