An information processing apparatus comprising: a memory storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to: detect an event occurrence requiring a device connection to a mobile terminal;predict, in response to the detection of the event occurrence, the device connection to the mobile terminal to handle the event; andtransmit, via a network, to a mobile terminal, device connection instruction information for instructing a user to perform the predicted device connection,wherein, to detect the event occurrence, the one or more processors are configured to execute the instructions to predict a communication capacity of the mobile terminal, and to detect prediction of a change in the communication capacity as the event occurrence, andwherein, to predict the device connection to the mobile terminal, the one or more processors are configured to use the predicted change in the communication capacity of the mobile terminal to avoid an impact of the change in the communication capacity of the mobile terminal.
