The server (2) is provided with an acquisition-category notification portion (61) that notifies the communication terminal (4, 22) of categories of vehicle information that are needed for the diagnostic and should be acquired from the vehicle (9). The communication terminal (4, 22) acquires vehicle information from the vehicle (9) in accordance with the vehicle-information categories of which the server (2) notified the communication terminal (4, 22) and transmits the acquired vehicle information to the server (2) in real-time. |
