摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a light beam scanner provided with a light beam scanning optical system corresponding to high speed light beam scanning. CONSTITUTION:This scanner is provided with a 2nd optical system 14 making constant scanning velocity V on a surface to be scanned with a light beam deflected at a constant angular velocity by a deflector 13 higher than f.dtheta/dt (where (f) is a focal distance in a main scanning direction in the 2nd optical system 14, and theta is the deflecting angle of the 2nd optical system to an optical axis) when the focal distance in the main scanning direction in the 2nd optical system is defined as (f).
