PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the temp. control device in an offset printing machine capable of being produced inexpenpively and simply. SOLUTION: The temp. control device in a printing machine controls at least two liquids separated from each other of the printing machine, especially, controls the temps. of damping water and cooling water of wet offset printing and dry offset printing. Damping water 6 for the printing machine circulates within a first liquid circuit 2 and cooling water 48 for the printing machine circulates within a second liquid circuit 42. The first liquid circuit 2 is cooled in a cooling device through a first heat exchanger 12 and the second liquid circuit 42 is cooled within a second heat exchanger 16 by the first liquid circuit 2 and has a free control bypass 56 for selectively bypassing the second heat exchanger 16.
