<p>Utilization of δ-tocopherol for improving the heat stability and/or oxidation stability of p-methoxycinnamic acid esters; UV-absorbing agents containing p-methoxycinnamic acid esters together with δ-tocopherol in such an amount effective in improving the heat stability and/or oxidation stability thereof; and cosmetics containing these UV absorbers. δ-Tocopherol can improve the heat stability and/or oxidation stability of p-methoxycinnamic acid esters which are frequently employed as UV absorbers.</p> |
