<p>The present invention relates to a system for assembling ultra-thin type condenser microphones. The present invention unifies the whole microphone assembling processes into a process of accumulating independent and individual components such as a diaphragm assembly, a spacer ring, the insulation base ring, a dielectric plate, a metal base ring, a PCB and so forth by closely interconnecting a case loading module, a diaphragm assembly loading module, a spacer ring loading module, an insulation base ring loading module, a dielectric plate loading module, a metal base ring loading module, a PCB loading-module and so forth arranged consecutively in a row on the stage. According to the present invention, dielectric plates and base rings are not subject to any deformation or other damage. Accordingly, diaphragms and dielectric plates are guaranteed the exact balance degree, and thus the final ultra-thin type condenser microphone may have significantly improved quality.</p> |
