utomatic machine for supplying, weighing and packaging materials in powder form which contains a the storage space 6, the base of the machine 7, the cylindrical part 9 which is a continuation of the storage space 6. The cylindrical part 9 bears an inclined bottom. At the gasket of the bottom of the part 9, a perforated plate 32 and the lid 34 are attached. A tube for low pressure air inlet is attached to the lid 34. At the lower side part of the cylindrical part 9, a hole exists onto which a duct 35 is attached. The valve 49 which features the passage 12 is attached on the duct 35. The passage 12 is partially or entirely blocked by the blade-like gate 11. The end of the nozzle of the valve 49 is connected via the elastic joint 13 to the supply tube 14. The sac 18 is adapted to the outlet of the tube, retained by the head 17 of the piston 16. The cell 19, receiving the forces exerted by the load of the sacs sends signals to a computer which converts the forces into weight, demonstrated on its monitor. When the load reaches a pre-determined size, the piston 10 moves the blade-like gate 11 and limits the flow of the materials. The materials, moving in smaller quantities flow to thesac 18 until the final weight is achieved, and thenthe gate 11 moves and blocks completely the passage 12. In order that the flow of the material commences, the storage unit 6 must be filled with materials, the passage 12 must be open and low pressure air must pass through the tube 30 and come off the holes 31. As it flows out, the air presses the lower grains of the materials which find the passage of the side hole and flow through the ducts 35 and 14 to the sac 18. |
