<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the molding equipment for a urethane molded product with perforating parts, by which the fear of a breakage can be avoided from developing in the molded product at the demolding of the urethane molded product with the perforating parts from a molding die, and the method for manufacturing the urethane molded product employing the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The molding equipment 10 includes: a lower mold 11 housing urethane chips Uc and urethane-base adhesive therein; a steam supplying part 12 for supplying steam from below of the lower mold; a upper mold 21; penetration forming members 31, which penetrates through the lower mold and the upper mold so as to form the penetration parts in the urethane molded product; a movable platen 35; and a lifting part 40 with which the lower mold is equipped for moving the movable plate so as to mold the urethane molded product by pressing the urethane chips with the upper mold and guiding steam from the steam supplying part into the lower mold under the condition that the movable plate is advanced by the lifting part in order to project the penetration forming members to the predetermined positions of the lower mold and then lower the penetration forming members by retreating the movable platen from the lower mold while the top force presses the urethane molded product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
