PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structure for shortening a construction period of foundation work, and further surely reducing costs, by simplifying pile driving work, by omitting a foundation beam for mutually joining mutual base isolation stands. SOLUTION: This base isolation structure is formed by omitting the foundation beam between a plurality of base isolation stands 4, by supporting the foundation beam 2 of a building 1 by foundation piles 5 buried in the ground via a plurality of base isolation devices 3 and the plurality of base isolation stands 4 for respectively separately supporting the respective base isolation devices 3, The plurality of respective base isolation stands 4 are supported by a plurality of foundation piles 5 joined to the respective base isolation stands 4.
