PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir facility for rainwater etc., which prevents overflow of rainwater etc. from an upper surface thereof, and is free from inconveniences such as slush, deformation, and water puddles on a ground surface portion above the reservoir facilities. SOLUTION: The reservoir facility or a reservoir structure 10 for rainwater etc., is embedded in the ground to define a reservoir space for storing therein rainwater etc. According to the reservoir structure, a water sealing sheet 60 is arranged on the entire peripheral area of the reservoir structure 10 for rainwater etc., inclusive of the upper surface of the same.
