PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure, to smoothly perform an adjusting operation, and to make a vertical motion of a guide smooth. SOLUTION: A guide device for a door comprises: a synthetic resin case 2 with a tubular part 3 and a flange part 4; an operation member 10 wherein a rotating shaft part 12 is protrusively provided in the center of a nut-like operation part 11, wherein an axially penetrating insertion hole 13 is drilled in a position eccentric with respect to the central axis line of the operation part 11 and the rotating shaft part 12, and wherein the rotating shaft part 12 is fitted and inserted into the case 2 so as to be made rotatable with respect to the case 2, and fitted in a press-fitted state; a guide shaft 20 which is slidably inserted into the insertion hole 13 and the tip part of which is protruded to the eccentric position of the operation part 11; a runner 25 which is attached to the tip part of the guide shaft 20; and a coiled spring 30 which is arranged at the back end of the guide shaft 20 so as to urge the guide shaft 20 in an axial tip direction. The operation member is rotated on the axis with respect to the case, so that guide shaft can be moved in a slewing manner and so that accuracy of fittings can be adjusted in the thickness direction of the door.
