<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption of black ink and consequently make a running cost low in the use of an inkjet recording film as a medical image recording film. <P>SOLUTION: In the medical image recording film consisting of a transparent base material 1 and an inkjet ink receiving layer 2 formed thereon, colored regions 3 are formed in at least some part in the neighborhood of a region, in which a medical image is to be formed. The colored regions 3 are preferably a printing layer formed by a gravure printing method or by an offset printing method. The printing layer can be formed between the transparent base material 1 and the inkjet ink receiving layer 2.
