PACKAGING CONTAINER FOR DISPOSABLE SOFT CONTACT LENS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for a disposable contact lens which is easily discarded and has a good appearance and a low cost and is taken out and carried easily.

SOLUTION: The package 18 has a storing space for the contact lens, the depth of which is shallower than the height of the curvature outside surface to the rim part of a conventional contact lens (thickness of the contact lens). One of two pieces of sheets 14, 15 is embossed 16 for preventing the lens from sticking. In one example, a spring disk is provided to assist a user in providing the contact lens when the package is opened. The contact lens package can be stuck or fixed to a card or other storing sheets and can be stored in various different secondary packages.
