PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive advice about energy-saving simply.

SOLUTION: This system is provided with a check item storing means, a check item maintaining means, a small item evaluation value storing means, an answering means, a large and middle item evaluation value calculating means, and a check result making means. The check item storing means stores large items, middle items included in each of large items, and small items included in each of middle items. The check item maintaining means performs input, amendment and deletion of information concerning check items in the check item storing means. The small item evaluation value storing means stores information on the small item evaluation value based on answers of users to the small items. The answering means performs input, amendment and deletion to the small item evaluation value storing means concerning the answers of users to the small items. The large and middle item evaluation value calculating means calculates evaluation value of middle items and evaluation value of large items from the evaluation value of the small items and the weighting factor of middle and small items. The check result making means makes diagnosis check result based on the large and middle items evaluation value.
