PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for transmitting/receiving secret data in which a destination terminal is not required to be introduced with an encryption program previously, and data to be received only by a source can be transmitted from the destination to the source while being encrypted without being leaked to a third person. SOLUTION: A first user terminal comprises a step for automatically forming an encryption key and a decryption key for transmitting data to be received from a second user terminal while encrypting and storing them in a storage means, a step for forming an encryption program by removing the decryption program part from an encryption/decryption program which has been introduced into its own terminal and transmitting it to the second user terminal, and a step for decrypting the encryption data received from the second user terminal by means of the decryption key stored in the storage means. The second user terminal comprises a step for transmitting data to be transmitted to the first user terminal while encrypting by using the encryption program and encryption key received from the first user terminal.
