The inventive device comprises stirring means (5) arranged upstream with respect to at least one analyser (4), first transport means (1) for conveying blood tubes (2) one after another in front of stirring means (5), second transport means (1) for conveying the blood tubes stirred by stirring means (5) one after another to the sampling point (6) of the analyser (4) and means (5) for picking up separately the blood tubes which are not yet stirred, placed said tubes in front of steering means (5) in order to be stirred thereby and to be separately removed from stirring means (5) and placed on transport means (1) for conveying the stirred tubes to the sampling point (6) of the analyser (4), thereby making it possible to use at least one analysed devoid of stirring means.
