DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROTECTING DATA IN NON-VOLATILE MEMORY

PURPOSE: A data protective device of a non-volatile memory device and a method thereof are provided to prevent the data loss of the non-volatile memory by determining the power off of the system power and delaying a time of voltage drop when cutting off the system power. CONSTITUTION: A signal delay unit(230) delays a voltage drop time of an input-output line. A power off sensor(210) senses the power off of the system. The power off sensor monitors the power of a system by using a digital signal which is generated in cutting off the power. The digital signal comprises one of a CKE(clock enable) and a power down exit mode. A controller(220) controls the signal delay unit corresponding whether the system power is cut off or not.
