<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image photography system capable of improving the durability and size reduction, while improving the output of X-rays output from the X-ray source through prevention of deterioration in electron emission efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: For the X-ray image photography system 100 provided with an X-ray source 4, arranged inside a vacuum envelope 41 and equipped with a field emission electron source 47 emitting electrons with an electric field applied as well as a positive electrode emitting X-rays 49 due to the incidence of electron, and an X-ray image detector 2 arranged at a position where the X-rays 49 are incident for detecting image signals of X-ray images according to the intensities of the X-rays 49 incident, for photographing X-ray phase contrast images, the field emission electron source 47 is equipped with a drift layer 473, made by alternately laminating a semiconductor layer 473a and an insulating layer 473b between a pair of electrodes on a support substrate 471, of which the semiconductor layer 473a is made of a metal oxide, and the X-ray source 4 is equipped with the positive electrode in an electron emission direction of the field emission electron source 47 to irradiate X-rays from the surface of the positive electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
