CONTAINER WHICH CAN BE FREELY OPENED AND CLOSED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which can be freely opened and closed capable of preventing a liquid component in a wet tissue from evaporating and suppressing the height of the whole container which can be freely opened and closed to be low.

SOLUTION: The container 10 which can be freely opened and closed includes a container body 11 with a taking-out opening 24 and an opening/closing lid 23 provided on the container body 11 so as to be freely swingable around a swinging axis X-X on the base end 23a side as a center and opening/closing the taking-out opening 24. A sheet rubber (an elastic member) 50 is provided between the container body 11 and the opening/closing lid 23. The container body 11 has a storing part 75 for storing one end of the sheet rubber 50 in the horizontal direction. The back surface of the upper plate 27 of the container body 11 is approximately flattened, and a closing bag 40 storing the wet tissue 41 is pressure-sensitively stuck on the back surface of this upper plate 27.
