CONNECTION ADAPTER, OPTICAL TOMOGRAPHIC IMAGING APPARATUS, PROGRAM FOR EXECUTING IMAGING METHOD AND MEMORY DEVICE FOR THE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection adapter that enables an optical tomographic imaging apparatus having a small installation space and high use efficiency to be constituted.

SOLUTION: The connection adapter connects a fundus camera body portion and a camera portion in a detachable manner in an optical tomographic imaging apparatus for imaging a tomographic image of the fundus as an object, the connection adapter being disposed between the fundus camera body portion and the camera portion which is attached to the fundus camera body portion and images a surface image of the fundus. The connection adapter includes: a first light guide unit which guides tomographic image measuring beams guided from the fundus camera body portion and for imaging the tomographic image to a tomographic imaging portion; and a second light guide unit which guides fundus image measuring beams guided from the fundus camera body portion and for imaging the surface image of the fundus to the camera portion.
