A system and a method for compressing, recommending, and recommending lottery numbers by applying a mode for grouping numbers having the same Eigenvalue are provided to increase winning probability by compressing the number of combinations, which are generated by fixing, grouping, and combining the numbers having low probability for simultaneously appearing in the same round, to the minimum, and offer the combinations to a user through an ARS(Automatic Response Service) or the Internet.
